The Renfrew County Doulas is a professional, very mother-friendly, and supportive team. I had the pleasure of receiving support from Natalie who was wonderful and caring throughout my pregnancy and post-partum. Although I had a planned caesarean because of pregnancy complications, and did not go through the labor process, she was by my side before my surgery time and shared her positivity and encouragement in words and bright smiles. I found her always eager to help and best of all; down to earth. She is creative in her solutions and attentive to details. She is punctual and presents various approaches and different options in her recommendations. She was very considerate towards my South East Asian background and very respectful about my privacy. She is very bond-able and quick to assimilate as though she’s family. Knowing that Natalie represents the team at Renfrew County Doulas, I would strongly recommend every mother-to-be to consider choosing any member from the Renfrew County Doulas team.

Renfrew Country Doula’s was one of the best decisions that I made during my pregnancy. Christina and I hit it off during our first meeting and I felt extremely comfortable with her. With this being my first child and having only my doula in the delivery room with me, alot of pressure was put on her, but she exceeded my expectations. Her knowledge and tips during my last few months were extremely helpful. My birth definitely did not go as planned, but Christina was able to support and reassure me. Renfrew County Doulas, specifically my Doula Chrissy, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment my husband and I met her we instantly felt comfortable and knew she would be a great asset to have on our side, especially as first time parents. She was there for us whenever we had any questions/concerns or someone just to talk to when we needed it leading up to the birth. Honestly, my husband and I don’t know what we would have done without her during labor. She came with all the bells and whistles when it came to natural pain management and never left my side. We had some disappointments/struggles along the road of labor that made me doubt myself but Chrissy knew my strength better than I did.She kept me calm and did everything she could to keep me comfortable as possible. She gave constant support to myself and my husband and we would not have had anywhere near the amazing birth experience we did without her.
