Dancing for Birth is practiced in many countries and is recommended internationally by doctors, nurses and midwives alike.

We work on systematic moves and routines to help the birthing parent connect their mind and body.

We learn about cultural practices and the reasons behind them.

By the end of the 10 weeks, it’s not uncommon to have a few babies being worn in slings while the parent is participating in class.

This class can be taken at any time during pregnancy and into the postpartum period as well.

We start as strangers and really do end as sisters.
