Upon hire of your doula, you will receive her contact information (cell phone/email) and you will be able to communicate with her at your leisure.
With this package, you will meet your doula twice prenatally in person and once virtually to prepare for labour and birth.
You will receive continuous emotional and physical support throughout your labour and delivery!
We will come when YOU need us and stay until approximately 1-2 hours after you have birthed your baby. Depending upon where you live and/or your personal situation, we can meet you at your chosen place of birth, or we can provide non-clinical home support (meaning we do not monitor your baby or examine you, but rather get a sense of how your labour is progressing based upon our own unique skills) until you feel ready to go to your chosen place of birth.
You will receive one follow up visit from your doula within the first week of your new baby’s life.
Generous phone and email support is available to you according to your needs in the first four weeks following your baby’s birth.
More postpartum visits can be added!
